The Inclusive Toy Company offers the following shipping options — sent via UPS handing off to USPS —at checkout. If you cannot receive packages from the USPS, kindly note you will need to order your package as Expedited. COVID-19 has caused nation-wide shipping delays; please allow an extra few days.
Within the continental United States:
Ground shipping over Free Shipping threshold within continental United States: Free
Ground shipping under Free Shipping threshold within continental United States: $7 flat rat
Expedited orders: Two-day shipping (not inclusive of processing times at warehouse) for a $15 flat rate
Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories: UPS ground shipping only for a $15 flat rate. Please note we cannot send to P.O. boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories
P.O. boxes and most military addresses: Ground shipping only
Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt. If you require your order sooner, please reach out to hello@inclusivetoyco.com and we’ll do our best to get your puzzles on the way.
Kindly note that The Inclusive Toy Company is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
For bulk orders additional shipping fees may apply.
Please note that The Inclusive Toy Company is no longer shipping internationally.
Returns
For domestic orders, The Inclusive Toy Company accepts returns of unopened products purchased from The Inclusive Toy Companypuzzles.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging — inclusive of any exterior shrink wrap in its original condition — and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. The Inclusive Toy Company does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.
To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number to include with your returned product, please contact hello@inclusivetoyco.com and provide the email address used to place your order and your order number. We will provide a RA# (return authorization number) to be written on the outside of the box being returned. Any returns received without a corresponding RA# may be subject to delayed or unprocessed returns.
